Vertical Steaming and Roasting Pan (ZCL300×6) Product Introduction
This is a core supporting equipment for the oil-making process of grains and oils. It is mainly used for heating and steaming the oil materials (such as soybeans, rapeseeds, etc.) after rolling, to achieve the moisture, temperature and structural state required for the pressing/extracting process, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of oil extraction and widely suitable for the oil-making production lines of small and medium-sized grain and oil processing plants.

Introduction
- The ZCL series vertical steaming and frying pan is composed of the pan body, moisture control device, stirring device, material layer control device, exhaust device, and reducer, etc.
- The pan body is the main component of the steaming and frying pan. The structure of each layer of the pan is basically the same, mainly consisting of edge jacket, bottom jacket (both are steam jackets), discharge port, exhaust port, and maintenance door. For the bottom layer pan, there is no discharge port, but an adjustable discharge door is installed.
- Moisture control device: This machine uses water spraying or air spraying devices to moisten the material embryo. On the top layer pan, there is a water spraying pipe, with countless¢2¢3 small holes on the pipe facing the steel bottom surface, or on the bottom steel scraper of the top layer, there is a rotating air spraying pipe with the scraper, which evenly sprays water or steam onto the material embryo, with a valve to control the amount of spraying, to meet the moisture level of the material embryo and achieve the effect of steaming thoroughly.
- Stirring device: To ensure uniform steaming of the material embryo, each layer of the pan is equipped with a stirring scraper, which is like a narrow and long steel knife, welded to the square scraper seat, which is installed on the main shaft with keys and bolts, and rotates together with the main shaft. The scraper has a certain slope with the bottom surface of the pan, generally at a 30° angle, to allow the material embryo to be fully turned over. In addition, the scraper in each layer of the pan should be installed at an offset position to evenly install, so as to avoid load concentration.
- Automatic material door: The function of the automatic material door is to control the material quantity in the pan. It can automatically adjust the feeding amount according to the amount of material in the pan. When the material in the pan is insufficient, the material door can be automatically opened wider to increase the feeding amount. When the material in the pan is excessive, the material door can be automatically closed smaller or even completely closed to reduce or stop the feeding. Through the opening and closing of the automatic material door, the material height in the pan is automatically maintained at the normal position. There is an arc-shaped steel plate on the automatic material door, called the stuffing plate, and another arc-shaped steel plate on the lower part, called the dragging plate, which is fixed by a flange disk, so that the material height in the pan can be adjusted. The stuffing plate and dragging plate maintain a certain relative position, and are installed on the shaft sleeve and fixed on the bottom of the upper pan to ensure the flexibility of the material door rotation. When the dragging plate is vertical downward, that is, the fully open position of the material door, the material embryo can continuously fall through the discharge port, the material layer gradually increases, and the material layer height continuously rises. At this time, the dragging plate will be lifted by the material layer, and the pointer shaft will rotate clockwise, driving the stuffing plate to gradually close the discharge port, until the material layer reaches the specified height, the dragging plate will be lifted to a certain position, the stuffing plate will close the discharge port completely and stop the feeding. In addition, according to the process requirements, the relative position of the dragging plate and the stuffing plate can be adjusted, which can adjust the height of the material layer in the pan. The material layer pointer is installed on the steaming pan and rotates together with the pointer shaft to indicate the height of the material layer in the pan.
- Transmission device: This machine adopts a bottom transmission structure, which is composed of a motor, coupling, and reducer. The motor drives the reducer through a pair of elastic couplings, after the reversing and reduction of the reducer, it drives the main shaft of the steaming steel to rotate, the main shaft drives the stirring scraper to rotate, flipping the material embryo, so that the material embryo is heated evenly.
- Exhaust device: Each layer of the pan body has an exhaust port, which is connected to the exhaust pipe. The water vapor produced by the steaming of the material embryo is discharged through the exhaust pipe to the outside of the workshop to keep the workshop environment clean.
