- Military-grade stable design adopts a dynamic balance and shock absorption structure, with vibration value ≤ 1.5mm/s and continuous operation noise ≤ 85dB. It is suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted production scenarios.
- Efficient separation configuration features a long-to-diameter ratio of ≥ 4 and a large cone angle drum. The material stays in the separation zone for 30% longer, and the clarity of the clear liquid (SS ≤ 3%) and the moisture content of the slag phase (60%-65%) are both superior to those of ordinary models.
- Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material components in contact with the materials use 316L / duplex stainless steel, and the key parts (screw blades) are coated with hard alloy, suitable for high-salt, strong acid-base and other corrosive working conditions.
