Introduction
This YJP28 oil extrusion and pelletizing machine is a pre-treatment equipment for grain and oil processing. Designed specifically for large-scale oil processing lines, it is a key equipment in the “pre-treatment – oil extraction/soaking” process. By applying pressure and expansion to break the cell structure of the oil material, it enhances the efficiency of subsequent oil extraction and is suitable for large-scale oil factory production lines with a daily processing capacity of 600 tons.
Core Working Principle
- After the oil is fed into the extruder through the feeding system, under the screw extrusion and shearing action of the screw, combined with the high temperature environment inside the barrel (generated by friction and external heating), the oil undergoes physical-chemical changes:
- The cell structure is completely destroyed, and the oil is released from the cells;
- The oil is extruded into porous expanded material embryos, with a significantly increased surface area;
- Some large molecules (such as proteins) undergo denaturation, reducing theresistance to subsequent oil extraction.
Typical Application Scenarios
As the core equipment for the oil pre-treatment process, it is located after the “rolling and pressing” stage and before the “extraction/pressing” stage. It is mainly suitable for:
- Large-scale production lines of soybean oil and rapeseed oil processing plants;
- Pre-treatment stages for high-oil-content oil materials (such as peanuts and sunflower seeds) (requiring matching corresponding process parameters).
