Introduction
The 2003 model labeling machine is a successful innovation of mechanical principles and electrical control principles in the field of packaging equipment. Its basic labeling principle is as follows: When the bottle detection sensor detects the approach of a bottle and determines that continuous production is necessary, the bottle feeding screw starts to operate to push the bottle (the function of the bottle feeding screw is to separate bottles of unequal distances and initial speeds from each other into equal distances and initial speeds). The bottle enters the core unit of the labeling system. When the labeling sensor detects the approach of a bottle, it immediately transmits the information to the control center PLC, and through the PLC, it sequentially and continuously issues 4 instructions: label feeding, positioning, cutting, and shooting the label. When the shooting of the label is completed, the labeling process of one bottle is finished, and then it enters the label sorting and shrinkage unit.
